USDA Financing will be ending....If you were hoping to purchase a home with a USDA loan, this is the time to get pre-approved. The proposed changes to the USDA eligibility maps will be effective as of June 4th, 2018 per the map below.

However, a property that is located in an area that is being changed from eligible to non-eligible may still be approved if you meet the following conditions:

1.       The application is dated and received by the lender prior to June 4th, and the Loan Estimate was issued by the lender within 3 days of application receipt.

2.       The applicant has signed/executed a sales contract that is dated prior to June 4th.

3.       Applicant meets all other eligibility requirements.
